The War Grave of Percy Morton Brew, 1896-1917

The war grave of 195438 Private Percy Morton Brew, of the 102nd Battalion Canadian Infantry (Central Ontario Regiment) who died on 13 May 1917, aged 20, is located in Barlin Communal Cemetery Extension, Barlin, Pas de Calais, France (Grave III, B18). Percy, who was born 26 July 1896 in Douglas, Isle of Man, was the son of George Thomas and Julia Brew.

His name also appears on the Peterborough, Ontario, Canada, 1914-1918 War Memorial, and in the Peterborough City Hall Book of Remembrance.

Barlin Communal Cemetery Extension is located on the northern outskirts of Barlin, approximately 5km due south of Bethune, on the D171, a secondary road connecting Barlin with Houchin.
